AMES Skills and Development Corporation, NFP is a not‑for‑profit organization designed to rebuild the Lawndale and Garfield Park communities in Chicago, Illinois. 

We offer programs to educate and encourage individuals to purchase property and gain a sense of pride about the community they live in. 

Our goal is to provide future property owners with a firm foundation on the process of purchasing a home, rehabbing a home and the upkeep of a home.
